I just installed on win7 x64 and the viewer doesn't come up when I click on any of the viewer buttons. A co-worker just installed using the same packages I did and he has no issues. Not really sure where to look.

Does the Viewer Window not show or just the RDP Tab?
Is the Coworkers PC also a Win7 x64?
Are all the required components installed?

Maybe a uninstall and new install could solve the problem.

Re-install of all components including the vsphere client yields the same results. My co-worker is on 32-bit Windows 7. I'm guessing that has something to do with it. The viewer windows do not come up no matter what method I try. I was wondering if it had something to do with the path to vmrc, which is C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\Infrastructure\Virtual Infrastructure Client\4.1. I copied that to a different path, but it still did not work. Using process monitor, I watched for a spawn of vmrc, but it does not appear to be launching at all. Thanks.

Thank you for your feedback. I will look into this problem, but need some time....

I will respond to this thread as soon as I have some results from testing.

I traced down the problem, which is on Win 7 64 Bit. Thank you for reporting. I will work on it and respond as soon as I have a solution.
